Now that you have won your item(s), here are your next steps:
1. All firearms MUST be shipped to an FFL dealer for background check and pickup.
a. An FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer is required to receive any shipment containing firearms. FFL dealers include places such as your local Academy, Bass Pro Shops, or anywhere that sells firearms.
b. Contact your local FFL dealer and request that they send us a file COPY of their FFL on your behalf to [email protected].
c. Once an FFL has been received on your behalf and your invoice has been paid, firearms are typically shipped within seven business days from our secure warehouse after going through firearm safety inspections and complying with all BATFE record keeping regulations and requirements.
d. Once your firearms have shipped, you will receive a tracking number from UPS.
e. Shipping and handling fees will be included on your invoice.
f. We will combine shipping for large enough orders.
g. FIREARMS CAN NOT BE SHIPPED TO ANY ADDRESS THAT IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH AN FFL.
2. Coins and jewelry will be shipped to the address on your invoice and not your local FFL.
a. If you purchased firearms AND coins or jewelry, you would receive two tracking numbers.
3. Payment may be made in several ways

- Checks should be made out to Freedom Auctions, LLC and Sent to INSERT PO BOX ADDRESS HERE JIMMY
- Wire – Call for wire instructions
- Zelle – Call for Zelle instructions
- Credit/Debit Card – NOTE: CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS ARE ONLY ACCEPTABLE FOR ORDERS UNDER $2,500.00
b. Orders over $2,500.00 must be paid via check, wire, or Zelle.
4. Freedom Auctions does NOT OFFER in-person pickup under any circumstances.
a. Due to federal regulations, ALL ORDERS MUST BE SHIPPED.
5. Invoices are sent out 24-48 hours after a sale. If you participated in a weekend sale and no invoice has been received by Tuesday, please call us at INSERT PHONE NUMBER HERE JIMMY.

WILL CALL AND LOCAL PICKUP IS NOT AVAILABLE AS WE DO NOT KEEP ANY FIREARM INVENTORY AT OUR OFFICES DUE TO SECURITY CONCERNS. ALL FIREARM ORDER FULFILLMENT TAKES PLACE AT A DIFFERENT SECURE LOCATION, AND AS A RESULT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL FEES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO VAT DUTIES, BROKER FEES, AND OTHER IMPORT FEES. WE DO NOT OFFER PICK UP ON ANY FIREARMS DUE TO SECURITY ISSUES.
